Santiago Escobar has been a senior associate at Asali since the company was formed. With over 10 years of experience, he specialises in resolving complex commercial disputes, focusing on litigation and arbitration in the construction, technology, energy and food industries. Santiago has represented clients in arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, CANACO and UNCITRAL rules. He graduated summa cum laude from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and he earned an LLM with honours from Columbia University in 2020. He has passed the New York Bar exam and is admitted to practise in New York.
