Singapore appeal court gives Korean airline all-clear to sue catering directors

The Singapore Court of Appeal has partially set aside an anti-suit injunction against Korea’s Asiana Airlines, saying it should not be prevented from pursuing litigation in its home courts against directors of a Swiss catering group who were not party to an arbitration agreement.
