Singapore appeal court rejects forgery challenge to Indian power plant award

The Singapore Court of Appeal has refused to set aside a SIAC award ordering India’s Reliance Infrastructure to pay US$146 million to a Chinese energy group, rejecting allegations that the underlying guarantee was forged.
