[email protected]Thomas O’Brien has 35 years’ experience in construction claims, project management and project controls across various sectors, including power, oil and gas infrastructure, petrochemical industries and commercial construction. He has direct experience in all phases of engineering, procurement and construction work, from design through to execution and close out. His experience is complemented by his outstanding technical skills.
Thomas is a subject matter expert in schedule and cost forensic analysis, risk analysis, claim mitigation and project controls. He has experience writing and auditing project execution plans and procedures. He often uses his expertise in depositions and court testimony.
Thomas is an expert in industry software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. He is a certified project management professional by the Project Management Institute and is a cost management registered education provider.
