He has represented clients active in construction, energy, telecommunication, defence and automotive sectors before ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, ISTAC arbitral tribunals, as well as before local courts and ECHR. In addition to his contentious practice, Mr Bayrak provides legal and strategic consultancy on a range of non-contentious matters, including negotiation and drafting of business contracts and construction project management.
