UK court remits award over Gloster’s repeat nominations

A London court has ordered an ICC tribunal to reconsider a jurisdictional award from a Nigerian loan dispute over the apparent bias of UK arbitrator Dame Elizabeth Gloster, who was disqualified from the panel after being challenged over her repeat nominations by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
