UK oil company wins tax dispute with Ghana

London-listed Tullow Oil says it has won an ICC award against Ghana affirming the company is not liable for a US$320 million tax bill imposed in respect of its oilfield operations off the country’s coast – while disputes over two other tax assessments continue.
