Owners of Ukrainian grain group sentenced for contempt

Two Ukrainian businessmen who own a grain terminal operator at the port of Odesa have been sentenced to 21 months’ imprisonment after an English court found them in contempt for breaching an asset disclosure order issued in support of a US$150 million LCIA arbitration.
