Ukrainian state miner defeats claims by Austrian company

A Ukrainian state-owned mining company has reportedly defeated claims worth US$22 million brought by an Austrian company over supply of raw materials – as another state entity pauses its search for external counsel for a prospective investment treaty claim against Russia.
