A judge in the British Virgin Islands has refused to find a bankrupt Greek shipping group in contempt for disclosing information obtained as part of its effort to collect US$36 million owed under a JAMS award.

A US appeals court has upheld the confirmation of a US$188 million award against a Venezuelan state-owned mining company, holding that its corruption allegations failed because they attacked the underlying contract and not the award itself.
