Walgreens fails to set-aside billion-dollar award over covid-19 tests

A US court has refused to set aside an award ordering US pharmacy chain Walgreens to pay US$988 million in a dispute over covid-19 testing, rejecting allegations the sole arbitrator was biased and ignored a liability cap.
