[email protected]Wang Heng is a partner at Global Law Office. Her practice focuses on dispute resolution, including international arbitration and commercial litigation. She advises foreign and Chinese clients on disputes in relation to equity financing, international sale of goods, Chinese–foreign joint ventures, licence agreements and corporate control, among other things, by means of arbitration and litigation. She has represented clients in arbitration proceedings before various arbitration institutions, including CIETAC, BAC, SCIA, HKIAC, ICC and SIAC, and ad hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL rules. She also has represented clients in court proceedings before all levels of the Chinese courts, including the China International Commercial Court of the SPC. She was recommended in arbitration by The Legal 500 as a ‘rising star’ in 2021, as the Next Generation Partner in 2022–2024, and was also listed in the 2023 Arbitration Private Practice Powerlist.
