Xing Xiusong is a partner at Global Law Office. He currently serves as a vice chairman of the Arbitration and ADR Committee of ICC China (since 2017), an arbitrator on the panel of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) (since 1997), a committee member of CIETAC (since 2014), a member of CIETAC’s Expert Consultation Committee (since 2014), an arbitrator on the panel of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (since 2012) and a mediator on the panel of the CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Centre (since 2003). He has represented clients and served as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings before various international arbitration institutions and in ad hoc arbitration proceedings (500+ cases).
