Yi-Shun Teoh is of counsel at RPC in Hong Kong. He is recognised by Asian Legal Business’ Hong Kong Rising Stars 2023 as one of the most accomplished young lawyers in the region. Yi-Shun has represented private equity firms, financial institutions, insurers, major corporates and high net worth individual clients in complex Hong Kong litigation proceedings and international arbitrations under the leading institutional rules (including ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC and UNCITRAL) seated in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Beijing and Shenzhen. He has acted in some of the most high-profile and landmark setting-aside and enforcement cases in the Hong Kong courts over the past decade. Yi-Shun is a solicitor advocate, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Arbitration and ADR Committee of ICC Hong Kong. Yi-Shun is triple-qualified in Hong Kong, England and Wales, and New South Wales, Australia.
