[email protected]Yusuf Kumtepe is an associate at Kabine Law Office. His work focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration. Mr. Kumtepe worked with major Turkish contractors in their investment arbitrations brought against countries in the MENA and South Asia regions. He also represented companies in restaurant services, construction, energy, agriculture, and media industries in commercial arbitrations. In addition to his work in arbitration, Mr Kumtepe gives advice to foreign clients in cross-border business transactions and complex Turkish litigations.
Mr Kumtepe received the Fulbright grant and the 3C Foundation Scholarship to study at Columbia University for a degree in Master of Laws. He worked as a research assistant to Professor George A. Bermann and as a graduate student researcher at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment.
