Judicial test of impartiality “a poor fit” for ISDS, argues Brekoulakis

In his first public speech as a professor of the National University of Singapore, Stavros Brekoulakis presented the findings of an empirical project he is leading on impartiality in ISDS and argued that the judicial test of impartiality currently applied to arbitrators is insufficiently nuanced and divorced from reality.
