Is this website secure to shop?
Yes! Giann.Co cares about your privacy and safety. That’s why we are partnered with Shopify, so you can rest assured that your purchases are secure.

How can I sign up to the newsletter?
In our homepage, when you scroll all the way down you will see a prompt to sign up to our e-newsletter.

Who can I contact if I have a question about a product?
Each of our products contain detailed information that may address your question. If you have any further questions about the product you may contact customer support.

How can I contact customer support?

When will my order arrive?
Once shipped expect your package to be delivered within 3-7 business days normally. When shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. If your package has not been delivered in time, please contact customer support.

How can I track the status of my order?
You may track your orders by logging into your account at Giann.Co and you will receive an email with delivery tracking number.

Do you accept international orders?
Currently Giann.Co does not ship outside of the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is the return and exchange policy?
You may return your items if they are unopened and sealed for a full refund or store credit.

My product arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
You can contact our customer support. We will issue a full refund of the product or will replace your product free of charge.

Why is my favorite product “temporarily out of stock”?
It means that it’s a very popular item and it has been completely sold out from our USA warehouse! But don’t worry, we often get shipments from our warehouse in South Korea. The item should be back in stock shortly.

How can I use an online promo code?
In the checkout, you may apply your promo code under the “Gift card or discount code” field.

How do I cancel an order?
If your order has not been processed for shipment yet, you are able to cancel your order. Otherwise, you are not able to cancel it and would have to issue a return.

What are your payment methods?
We accept credit / debit cards, amazon pay, shopify pay and PayPal.

How can I update my credit card information?
Under your account you are able to change your credit card information.
